(Convicted murderer enters the US illegally)... Border Patrol Agents made the arrest.

They had sotted a man crossing the border illegally near Campo. Agents arrested the individual right after he had crossed into the United States illegally. During processing, agents discovered the man had served 13 years and nine months in a Mexican Prison following a murder conviction in Guanajuato. He will remain in Federal custody pending removal proceeding.
