The clean audit has been issued by a neutral, qualified third party. The audit confirms responsible stewardship of IID resources. The audit determined the district is stable, accountable and well-positioned to meet both current and long term needs, benefitting its customer base. The IID received a clean opinion, the best possible for any entity, with no deficiencies or concerns, from an independent outside qualified consultant that audited the District's financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2025.
