(Brawly City Council met this week)....At the meeting, the council adopted an amendment to their Downtown Specific Plan.

The amendment expanded the list of allowed-by-right uses and conditional use permits, redesignated two frontage types within the Specific Plan area, and established preferred uses. The updates are intended to support economic development, provide greater flexibility for property owners, and enhance overall vitality of the downtown area.
