(Board of Supervisors fill a vacancy).....The Vacancy has been open since November of last year.

That was when the Board decided they wanted a new Director of Human Resources and Risk Management. Rodolfo Aguayo contested being removed as Human Resources Director. Once that was cleared up, an  interim was appointed. This week the Board of Supervisors decided to appoint Dr. Bruce Davis as the new Permanent Human Resources and Risk Management Director. Dr. Davis has a long list of experience. He last served as a consultant with MV Cheng and Associates and a Senior Human Resources Advisor with Regional Government Services, where he provided interim and consulting leadership to public agencies. Along with his Doctorate degrees, Dr. Davis is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and Society of Human Resources Senior Certified Professional.
