(The award was announced Thursday)....T-Mobile announced that Imperial County Fire Department is one of its latest 25 hometown Grant Recipients.

The $50,000 grant will go toward upgrading communications technology at the Emergency Operations Center to enhance operational readiness and community engagement. They were selected from over 900 applicants this round.
