(At least five earthquakes reported)....All have been South of the border near Guadalupe Victoria, Southeast of Mexicali.

The latest quake hit at 10:27 Tuesday morning. It measured magnitude 4.7 and hit just as the Earthquake alert sounded on local phones. Earlier Tuesday a magnitude 3.6 quake was recorded near Ejido Vicente Guerrero, or 9 miles North Northwest of Guadalupe Guerrero. Three other quakes have been reported Sunday and Monday in the same basic area. There have been no reports of damage or injury. The latest quake was felt well into Imperial County.
