The Imperial Irrigation District Board of Directors will hold a Special Meeting Tuesday.

The meeting is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. in the IID Executive Training Room on Main Street in El Centro. The only item on the agenda is for a Closed Session conference with legal counsel concerning anticipated litigation.
