The new fiber-optic network is being constructed in Southwest El Centro The initial construction area is generally located between South Imperial Avenue and South La Brucherie, from Ross to Ocotillo Drive The project includes directional boring, conduit installation, pull boxes and handholes, fiber placement and restoration areas disturbed during construction. Directional boring is expected to begin October 5th. Completion is expected in late October or early November. Motorists are asked to use caution around construction areas.
