The El Centro City Council meets Tuesday.

At 3:30 p.m. council will meet in closed session. The agenda includes a conference with real property negotiators concerning price and terms of payment for properties owned by El Centro RegionalMedical Center. The city negotiations are with the imperial Valley Healthcare District. At 6:00 p.m. open session is scheduled in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Consent Agenda items include a resolution approving and authorizing a Memorandum of Understanding renewal between the City and El Centro Elementary School District for School Resource Offer Services. A resolution is expected to award a contract for the Gillett Road rehabilitation project. Council will also hold a public hearing to consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission regarding a time extension of the Lotus Ranch Tentative Subdivision Map.
