(Complaint filed against KPBS reporter)....The reporter had done a story on the proposed Data Center near Imperial.

Sebastian Rucci, the Data Center Project Developer, filed litigation claiming Defamation. It was filed against the reporter Kori Suzuki and San Diego State University, who owns KPBS. The litigation was filed in February and dealt with articles published last December and January. San Diego Superior Court Judge Cynthia Freeland struck down the complaint, saying nothing in the published reports was incorrect.
