(Calipat City Council meets Tuesday evening)...They will go into closed session at 4:30 Tuesday afternoon.

In Closed session there will be a conference with legal counsel. They will discuss anticipated litigation as well as existing litigation. There will also be conferences with Real Property negotiator and the Labor negotiator. Following closed session, there will be a presentation on the Imperial Valley 9-11 Memorial and stair climb. There will be a public hearing on a Tentative Parcel Map Subdivision The council will also discuss drafting a resolution adopting a ban on a Data Center in Calipatria City Limits.. The public meeting begins at 6 pm
