The Brawley City Council meets Tuesday.

Closed Session will begin at 5:30 p.m and will include a Conference with Legal Counsel about anticipated litigation. council will also meet with their Labor Negotiator with a number of bargaining unites. 

Open Session is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. The council will present Certificates of Commendation in Recognition of Heroic and Life-Saving Actions to Sergeant David Pham and Officers Jacob Carrillo, Joe Godinez, and Vanessa Yanez Fuentes.

The council will consider potential action to introduce and approve the first reading of aCity Ordinance that would establish a temporary moratorium on the construction of large-scale data centers and related supporting infrastructure in the city of Brawley.

The council meets at Brawley City Hall.
