(Early morning collision)…It was a single vehicle collision.

The California Highway Patrol says a vehicle crashed into a canal at 5:50 Monday morning.  The collision was reported at Dogwood Road, east of Cruickshank Road. The vehicle landed in 3-4 feet of water. There were no apparent injuries. The CHP is continuing to investigate. They say it does not appear alcohol was involved in the collision.
