(County Supervisors meet Tuesday)....They will start the meeting with a proclamation.

They will declare May 3-9 National Small Business Week. The Board will recognize Ashley Jauregui as Employee of the Month for the month of March. They will also recognize employees who reached milestone anniversaries in April. That will be followed by closed session. In Closed Session the supervisors will hold a conference with legal counsel o discuss existing litigation as well as anticipated litigation. A conference will also be held with the Labor Negotiator. On the Action agenda, the County Executive Officer will lead a discussion on a Public Benefit Grant to the Court Appointed Special Advocates of Imperial County for Educational Advocacy and Program Enrichment totaling $150,000 Public Works Director David Dale will discuss a proposed wastewater rate for Cady Poe Colonia County Service Area, including setting a Public Hearing on the issue A Public Hearing on A Proposed Solid Waste Service fee.
