(Brawley City Council met this week)... During the meeting they adopted a resolution.

The resolution authorizes the city to apply for $500,000 in Home Investment Partnerships Program funding. If awarded, the funding will support local housing initiatives and help expand opportunities for affordable housing within the community. Also, at the meeting the Council presented a proclamation designating April as Autism Awareness Month and April 2nd as World Autism Awareness Day in the City of Brawley, recognizing the importance of raising awareness, promoting acceptance, and supporting individuals and families affected by autism.
