(Pre-Registration for LEEP).....LEEP is the County Air Pollution Control District;s Lawn Equipment Exchange Program.

To participate, you must Pre-register. You do that at the nearest STIHL Dealership. They are located at Bingham Equipment Company in Heber an in Brawley, ACE Hardware in Brawley, El Centro and Holtville and at K-C Welding and Rentals in Brawley and El Centro. Registration is first  come, first served basis. Registration ends on April 18th. Participants agree to trade their ol gas powered mower for an electric mower, leaf blower, or string trimmer at a discounted price The 2-day exchange will be on April 24 and April 25 at SA Recycling Center 460 E. Holton Road in El Centro
