(IID submits formal comments)....The District was commenting on the US Bureau of Reclamation's Draft Environmental Impact Statement for post 2026 Colorado River Operation.

In the comments, the Imperial Irrigation District said Post 2026 Colorado River Operations must comply with the law of the river. The draft EIS evaluates potential alternatives for operating the Colorado River system beginning in Water Year 2027, when the current Interim Guidelines expire.
