(Preliminary hearing has gone 4 days)....Four suspects are being charged in the murder of 23 year old Jared Sims.

The Yuma resident was found dead in a fire pit in Winterhaven. The defendant's include Sadie Hiat, Gabriel Mills Senior, Gabriel Mills Junior and Daniel Martinez. Each defendant has their own attorney, making the preliminary hearing a long process. The hearing began Wednesday and was expected to conclude Monday, but sources say it may continue longer. The hearing is to determine if there is enough evidence to bind the defendants over for trial.
