(Imperial Irrigation District Directors meet Tuesday).....It will be a business session.

The Board convenes their meeting at 1 pm. The meeting begins with one item on the consent agenda. The item is to approv the annual appointments of Directors to various positions. There are two items on the action agenda. They will be asked to adopt a resolution recognizing Engineers Week. The second item is a resolution to revise Board Policy on the Delegation to the General Manager with respect to Water related Transactions. There will be several Department reports, as well as a report from the General Manager. The meeting will end in closed session.
