The Brawley City Council will reorganize. The annual event will take place on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at Hidalgo Hall. The outgoing mayor, Gil Rebollar, will be recognized and new leadership will be appointed. JJ Galvan is is expected to be appointed mayor and Timothy Kelley Mayor Pro Tempore. The meeting begins at 5:30 p.m. and is open to the public.
