(El Centro City Council agreed to move the project forward)....The project would enhance the parking at the Frazier Field Eddie White Little League Complex.

They want to create 59 new parking spaces and a walkway. The estimated cost is $560,000. It will be funded through a $342,000 grant with the rest coming from the General Fund and Measure P funds. The idea is to eliminate some of the traffic congestion in that area during baseball events.
