(A Half Submerged vehcile was reported early Monday morning)...The Incident was reported at just before 4 in the morning.

The California Highway Patrol responded to the scene at Dogwood Road, east of McCabe Road. They found the vehicle, but nobody was in it. A witness to the incident told officers they saw someone get out of the crashed vehicle and flee the scene. A possible suspect was found later at El Centro Regional Medical Center, being treated for undetermined injuries. The CHP is continuing to investigate the incident.
