(County Firefighters are collecting donations)....They are at various intersections, asking residents to fill their boots.

All donations go to the Burn Institute. It is an annual fundraiser for the Imperial and San Diego County Firefighters. Locally firefighters are at local intersections today, Tuesday and Wednesday. You will find them at the intersection of Dogwood and Heber Road in Heber. In Imperial at Barioni and Imperial Avenue. In Seeley at Evan Hewes and Drew Road. In Niland at Highway 111 and Main Street. And in the Salton Sea area at Highway 86 and South Marina.
