A 20-year-old Yuma man was arrested following a drive-by shooting.
On Saturday, shortly before midnight, a Yuma County Sheriff's deputy on patrol, observed shots being fired from a vehicle in the area of S. Avenue B and W. 1st Street. The deputy stopped the suspect vehicle and a search led to an AR-15 rifle and multiple spent shell casings. The suspect had apparently fired at multiple residences and vehicles but no injuries were reported. The suspect, Marc Anthony Northcutt, was arrested and booked into Yuma County Detention Center on 2 counts of Endangerment, Drive-by Shooting, Disorderly Conduct involving Weapons, and Unlawful Discharge of Firearms. The incident remains under investigation.
