(El Centro Police arrest 3)....But they had to chase them down

. It happened Monday. Police responded to a report of a vehicle theft at the IV Mall. The suspect vehicle would not stop for police, and a pursuit was on. The suspect vehicle reportedly struck another vehicle with a child inside, but no one was injured. At one point 10 police units were in pursuit. When they finally stopped, three individuals were taken into custody. They were booked into county jail. They were charged with possession of a stolen vehicle and fleeing officers
