(Most Government offices and departments are closed)...Among them the Imperial Irrigation District and the County.

The IID says residents can still report power outages or any other emergency. The County says emergencies should continue to be reported by calling 911. Normal business hours resume Tuesday, except for the County Board of Supervisors. That Board is always dark on the day after a holiday.
