(El Centro has at least one more Halloween event)...It is the Spooktacular Trick or Treat at City Hall.

It will be in the Courtyard at City Hall on Thursday, October 31. The event will run from 3 to p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and is designed to offer a fun, safe and festive environment where young children can trick or treat before heading into the neighborhoods later in the evening. Families are encouraged to bring their clan to enjoy an afternoon filled with costumes, treats and Halloween excitement. The event is aimed at providing younger children with a chance to celebrate Halloween in a controlled setting, where they can enjoy Halloween safely and get into the spooky spirit. City Departments will have decorated tables throughout the courtyard. The children can trick or treat at each department. It is open to all children, and it is absolutely free to attend.
