(Sink found early Thursday morning)...It was first thought to be flooding in the roadway.

It was discovered at around 3:30 Thursday morning. It was later determined to be a sink hole. County Public Works says Carter Road from Loveland Road to Webster Road is closed to traffic. It will remain closed until further notice. It is strongly suggested motorists find an alternate route.
