(Murder suspect had posted bail)....He was released from custody, but that did not last long.

Anthony Hernandez is suspected in the murder of his girlfriend last year in El Centro. He was finally able to post bail in September. The very next day he was back in jail. Authorities found him in possession of ammunition, possession of a large firearm magazine and violating other court orders. He is also being accused of interfering with a police officer's investigation. Hernandez is back in jail with no bail set. His next court appearance will be October 23rd
