(CHP investigating a single vehicle incident)....It happened at just after 9 Thursday morning.

The California Highway Patrol says the rig was southbound on Highway 115, near mile marker 500 when it overturned. When the Highway Patrol arrived at the scene, the driver was out of the vehicle and did not appear to be injured. The Big Rig was found laying on its side on the right hand shoulder of the Highway. An investigation is underway to determine what caused the rig to overturn.
