They were forced to cancel because of inclement weather. They rescheduled for March 25th. That is this Saturday. The event includes the annual Tri-tip Cook-Off. It is being held in downtown Imperial. The Cook-Off starts at 4 pm, the Market Days starts at 5 pm. There will be artisan vendors, julian pies, Dudley's Bread, Live Music, Mechanical Bull and Lucha Libre. During the Cook-off you can sample Tri Tip, Purchase a plate from your favorite team, their will be 9 teams competing, and you can vote for the People's choice The Tri Tip winners will be anniounced at 6:30 pm
