A Monday morning plane crash left the pilot injured.

Yuma County Sheriff's Office received a report about an aircraft down in an agricultural field near W. County 12th Street and S. Avenue G. Arriving deputies located the crash scene and found the pilot in the wreckage of the two-seat civilian aircraft. The pilot, who was the sole occupant of the airplane, was extricated from the wreck and transported to Onvida Health with non-life-threatening injuries.
