(IID celebrating Public Power Week)....The special week runs through October 9th.

The Imperial Irrigation District is urging the public to celebrate the week. They can do that by visiting an IID Public Programs information table that will be set up at select IID locations. Throughout the week, customers can stop by to learn more about IID's energy efficiency programs, pick-up helpful information and giveaways, grab a snack and connect with IID staff. Today they were set-up at the Brawley Pay station. Tuesday they will be at the La Quinta Pay Station from 8 am to noon. Wednesday they will be at the Calexico pay station from 8 am to noon.
