The first meeting of the Imperial County Data Center Committee is Thursday. The committee was created by the County Board of Supervisors to advise the board on data center issues. The first meeting agenda will be mostly organizational and focused on establishing the committee and preparing for future work. Committee officers will be selected and future meeting dates, times and locations will be discussed. Community members are welcome to attend the meeting that will start at 6:00 p.m. at the Imperial County Public Health Department Training Center on Broadway in El Centro.
