The General Election is November 3rd)....Voters in El Centro will have a Measure T on their ballot.

The Measure calls for a half-cent sales tax. If approved, the sales tax in El Centro would increase to 8.75%. It is estimated to generate $8.4 million annually. The increase would go to fund daily city services, emergency response operations, and infrastructure maintenance. The funds would go directly into the General Fund.
