The suspects were located on Highway 86 near Arrow Road. Taken into custody was 24-year-old Cristian Rangel Mena and 42-year-old Maria Azucena Garnica. They were booked into county jail. Charges include Possessing a stolen vehicle and conspiracy to commit a crime. Bail was set at $20,000.
