(Six cows were reported on the Highway).....The cows were seen on Highway 111 near Hot Mineral Spa.

At just after 8 Wednesday morning the California Highway Patrol received a report of cows in the roadway. The CHP responded and found the six cows. They had somehow escaped from the trailer that was carrying a load of cows. After failed attempts to round up the cattle, the Cowboys were called in. The cowboys were able to wrangle the cows and get them back into the trailer they had escaped from.
