(City of Imperial wants public comments)....The City is looking for the publics comments on their Draft Environmental Justice Element.

They say public comment will help shape policies that promote pollution exposure, healthy living conditions, access to public transit, infrastructure, safe and sanitary housing and decision making and civic engagement.
