This month, Access t to Thrive graduated the first cohort of its STEP program in a celebration in El Centro that turned a simple but radical idea into reality: that individuals with disabilities, their caregivers, and community visionaries deserve not just a job, but a business of their own. They started with 25 students, and graduated 26. The program began April 14.
