The National Weather Service it will be heating up over the next several days.

An Extreme Heat Watch has been issued for the Imperial Valley starting Tuesday and continuing through Thursday. Very hot temperatures reaching near 116 will occur. Dry conditions will prevail much of the coming week. Overnight lows will be in the low to mid-80's.
