It doesn't happen every day but on Wednesday morning a man fell out of a garbage truck. The incident occurred at about 7:45 a.m. on Dogwood Road by Villa Road in El Centro. A CR&R garbage truck was on the road when a man fell out. El Centro Police are handling the investigation of the accident. The California Highway Patrol Commercial officer is investigating the truck. Later information indicates the the man was in the cab of the truck when he fell out. He sustained major injuries.
