There will be a presentation by Dean Gina Nunez of San Diego State University/ Imperial Valley. The action agenda will include several major work authorizations. The Directors' will be asked to approve budget amendments for the 2026 Deficit Irrigation Program and the 2025 On-Farm Efficiency Conservation Program from 2024-2026 System Conservation Implementation agreement funding.
