(Update on the Tusil Fire)...The fire started Tuesday afternoon on Tusil Road on the Campo reservation.

Cal Fire issued an update on the fire Thursday morning. Officials say the fire is now 73% contained. It has burned 820 acres, and destroyed one structure. No injuries have been reported. Cal Fire says most roads are now open, but evacuation warnings remain in effect. They say fire activity moderated over night, allowing fire fighters to strengthen containment line and continue making progress toward full containment. The cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
