(The Brawley City Council meets tonight.)...The meeting starts at 5;30 p.m.

They will go directly into closed session. In open session the council is expected to adopt a proclamation of the existance of a local emergency declared by the City manager. The council will also discuss a one year temporary moratorium on large scale data centers and related Brawley Municipal Code amendments. The issue will be presented to the council by Councilman Gil Rebollar.
