(County Supervisors meet Tuesday)...The meeting begins with presentations.

The Board os expected to declare this week as National Public Works Week. They are expected to declare the month of May as Motorcycle Safety Awareness Month. Enrique Alvarado will be recognized as Employee of the month for April. On the Action agenda, the supervisors will consider a letter of support for California Department of Fish and Wildlife regarding the US Gypsum Company in Plaster City Quarry expansion and Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement. The Board will be asked forĀ  an emergency declaration for comprised integrity of the Arnold Road Bridge over the Reservation Main Drain. Supervisors Jesus Escobar and Martha Cardenas Sing will ask for potential changes to the Rules of Conduct of the Board of Supervisors.
