A series of small earthquakes rocked theImperial Valley Saturday afternoon.
At 4:14 p.m. a magnitude 3.5 earthquake was recorded with an epicenter about 2 miles WSW of Brawley. At 4:49 p.m. another magnitude shaker was recored by the U.S. Geological Survey and this was followed by a 3.4 at 5:34 p.m. and a 3.1 at 5:36 p.m. The epicenter for all quakes was about 2 miles WSW of Brawley. No reports of damage were reported but there are reports of shaken nerves.
Earthquakes continued to rock the Imperial Valley Saturday. A magnitude 4.4 at 7:22 p.m.
Magnitude 4.0 at 8:13 pm.
Magnitude 4.5 at 8:39 p.m.
3.1 at 8:42 p.m.
3.6 at 8:44 p.m
The area about 2 miles WSW of Brawley is the epicenter
There are reports of items falling from shelves and minor damage.
