(City of El Centro approves 3 murals).... The project was approved on a 5-0 vote.

. The City has received a $4,477,000 Clean California Grant. $45,000 was allocated to pay for the 3 murals. Three downtown businesses have volunteered their buildings for the murals. They are Allied Insurance, 132 South 5th Street, Peraza Plaza 665 West Main Street and the Spectrum building at 770 Main Street.
