There's a lot of activities happening this weekend.

Most of them begin Friday. Goodwill Industries will host a Job Fair. There will be Career Advisors on site at the Goodwill Center on South 4th Street in El Centro from 9:00 a.m. to noon. 

Superior Court Imperial County will host a Law Day event at the Criminal Courthouse on Wake Avenue in El Centro. It will run from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. There will be free legal advice, food and craft vendors, courthouse tours and "Dress Up as a Judge " photos for kids.

The Law Enforcement Memorial Service will be held at the Courthouse on Main Street in El Centro. There will solemn ceremonies to salute the 49 Imperial Valley law enforcement officers who have lost their lives in the line of duty. The ceremony will start promptly at 7:00 p.m.

The Chamber of Commerce for Greater Brawley will host the 7th Annual Imperial Valley Taco Fest in Plaza Park downtown Brawley. Live music, local vendors, a beer garden and tacos will be featured from 6:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m.

The Imperial Valley Regional Occupational Program Community Foundation present the 17th Annual Dancing with the Stars fundraiser. It begins at 6:00 p.m. at the Quechan Casino Resort in Winterhaven. 

On Saturday, It's the City of El Centro PetFest at Sidewinder Skate Park on Adams Avenue starting at 9:00 a.m.

The Imperial Valley College Hall of Fame Dinner and Gala will be held at the IVC Student Center. The event highlights outstanding IVC alumni.
