The numbers indicate the 2026 Fair saw a steady performance across key metrics when compared to the 2025 season. This was the second year of an extended Fair, going from 10 to 13 days, adding an additional weekend and closing on Mondays and Tuesdays. There were 8 very warm days that affected the numbers. There were 8 new sponsors. Paid admissions were down less than 1%. The daily average compared to 2025 was roughly equal. 219 seniors took advantage of Seniors Day. 396 Military and guests were admitted at no cost on Military Appreciation Day. Food Concessions were up less than 1%. The top concessions again were BBQ Village and Spiral Fries. There were 2,663 Livestock exhibits this year. 650 animals were sold at auction, down by 37 compared to last year. The auction totaled $2.6 million. The highest price for an animal was $54,200 for a swine. There were 509 adult exhibits judged and displayed in the Plaza Building. 1,345 youth exhibits were judged and displayed in the Inspiration Gallery.
