This meeting will be a work session. It will be called to order at 12:30 pm. The board will go directly into closed session. They will discuss the General Counsel position. Regular session will begin at 1pm. The first item is to  report any action taken in closed session. On the action agenda the board will discuss financing the 2026 Electric System refunding Revenue Bonds. The will be asked to approve the 2026 annual Internal Audit Revenue Bonds Financing. They will be asked to approve the Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement forming the Coachella Electric Financing Authority, and the board will discuss the Gas Turbine Generator Major Overhaul Project
